Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Prior Scientific Instruments H30XY parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Promos products, including obsoleted and phased-out Prosoft parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ferraz-Shawmut product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Promos such as the RTM0MMRTM7000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PLX32MBTCPPND manufactured by Prosoft and we are pleased to be able to service most Prosoft systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature X300400 by Manufacturer Ferraz-Shawmut as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Proface Brand FNX32TS41 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pulnix such as TM34K equipment made by Pulnix have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available ISA96016 made by Pulzer-Biegetechnik as well as the popular E2CAAL4EampE2CAX5A original spares produced by Omron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JRX14cs458 by Pulsestar and TM34K spares by Pulnix are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 999TA1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Proto.
